
Chester County Futures is a nonprofit that provides comprehensive academic support, mentoring, and scholarships for motivated economically disadvantaged youth. They desired a reimagining of some of their marketing collateral and social media strategy to increase engagement, grow support base, expand fundraising channels and inspire community action.




Challenge
Stalling social media presence and outdated marketing collateral.
Solution
A dynamically innovative digital media content strategy that over-indexes in content volume and gives a baseline for establishing a feedback loop. This was done by introducing content in several formats and taking intake via extensive review and auditing of current media assets. In addition to that, we applied the use of a content calendar and aligned departments to remove silos of information flow. The next step was to focus on the development and design of marketing collateral that told a story while engaging the end user on the year-on-year impact of the organization
Results
We’ve achieved an Engagement Rate of 73%, which generated exceptional activity on social media. During Giving Tuesday, the Social Media Ambassador Program yielded 50 media kit downloads in less than 14 days. While Q1 of 2020 saw a jump of 66% in likes and 20% in retweets on Twitter.
